MK provides professional video production and photography services, including but not limited to
event coverage, commercial videos, corporate photography, and portraits. All services are subject to
availability and are provided according to the terms outlined in individual agreements or contracts.
Booking and Payment
To book a session with MK, clients must complete the booking form on our website, call, or email us. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Full payment for services is due as per the terms outlined in the invoice or contract. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee.

Delivery and Turnaround Time
Photos are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session date.
Videos are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks of the session date.
Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the client promptly.

Usage Rights
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photos and videos for personal or commercial use, as specified in the contract.
MK reserves the right to use any photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Intellectual Property
All photos and videos produced by MK remain the intellectual property of MK until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights as outlined above.
Liability
MK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Confidentiality
MK respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Force Majeure
MK is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
Governing Law
